• Name Only - members will be listed in our In Addition section

• Full Listing - members should provide a bio and an author image (instructions below)

 

Existing Listings - Updates

• Please include only new or changed information

 

Name (required for all listings)

• Use name as shown on Join form (new listing) or in existing listing (updates)

 

Author Bio (Full Listing only)

• Required for a Full Listing

• Please limit to 75 words or less

 

URLs (Full Listing only)

• Include only websites/social media sites on which you are active (it's not necessary to complete all fields)

 

Author Images (Full Listing only)

• Please email author image to the Membership Coordinator once form is complete
